- How many PDFs can I merge at once?
- You can attach as many PDFs as your email provider allows. Most providers support attachments up to 25 MB total.
- What order are the PDFs merged in?
- PDFs are merged in the order they appear as attachments in your email.
- Is there a file size limit?
- The service processes emails up to 30 MB (the SES receiving limit). In practice, your email provider's attachment limit is usually the constraint.
- What file formats are supported?
- Currently only PDF files are supported. Non-PDF attachments are ignored.
- Is my data private?
- Yes. Your emails and attachments are processed automatically and deleted within 7 days. No human ever sees your files.
- Is the service free?
- Yes, Send It Back To Me is completely free to use.
- What if I only attach one PDF?
- You'll get a reply asking you to attach at least two PDFs to merge.
